Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

 

The Company provides notification of the following transactions, effected on
24 May 2022, relating to the PDMRs named below and in respect of ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").

 

The transactions arose in respect of the exercise of nil-cost options over
Shares granted on (i) 12 February 2019; and (ii) 9 July 2019, as amended on 22
December 2020 and 21 December 2021, under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term
Incentive Plan and the subsequent sale of the Shares acquired.
