On the Beach Group plc (LSE: OTB.L), the UK's leading online retailer for beach holidays, announces that David Kelly, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 3,345 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group on 17 May 2019 at a price of 448.4 per share.
 
Following the purchase, David Kelly's total interest in the Group is 3,345 ordinary shares, representing 0.003 per cent of the total voting rights of the Group.
