Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMR")

 

The Company announces that it has been notified that on 13 and 16 March 2026,
Zoe Harris, Chief Marketing Officer of On the Beach Group plc, exercised a
number of vested nil‐cost options which were granted to her under On the
Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and sold sufficient of the
resulting shares to cover the tax liability generated by such exercise, as
outlined below.
