PDMR Transaction

 

The Company announced on 29 December 2022 that on 23 December, its CFO, Shaun
Morton, had exercised share options and had sold shares to meet the tax
liability generated by the exercise.

 

It has come to the Company's attention that an additional number of shares are
required to be sold to meet the full tax liability and a further 13,061 shares
have now been sold for this purpose.

 

Shaun Morton's shareholding in the Company is now 96,639 shares (0.06% of
issued share capital).

 

The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with UK MAR is set out
