June 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Friday:
** French sea drone maker Exail Technologies entered into negotiations on a possible sale of its business to French jet engine maker Safran at €128.5 per share, the companies said.

** Byju's global lenders are in talks to take a roughly 30% stake in one of its partly-owned education firms in return for dropping all legal action against the Indian company's founder Byju Raveendran, two sources with direct knowledge said.

** Unilever <ULVR.L> is exploring a bid for Thorne, a U.S. supplements maker valued at up to $4 billion, the Financial Times reported, as the consumer goods group accelerates its pivot towards beauty and wellbeing brands.

** ON Semiconductor Corp <ON.O> said on Thursday it had agreed to acquire Synaptics <SYNA.O> in an all-stock deal valued at about $7 billion, its largest acquisition to date, as the chipmaker seeks to expand its presence in AI-enabled devices and so-called physical AI. nL4N42X204
