** Consumer health company Haleon HLN.L bid for U.S. supplements firm Thorne, sources said on Friday, at a time when Haleon has been hoping to expand in the roughly $70 billion U.S. supplements market.

** Brazilian agricultural firms SLC Agricola SLCE3.SA and Bom Futuro Agricola separately said on Friday that they approved exercising rights to acquire all rural properties in the portfolio known as "Bloco Mato Grosso" that currently belongs to conglomerate Cosan's CSAN3.SA Radar unit.

** EDF signed an agreement to sell EDF Power Solutions in the United States and Canada to private equity firm KKR, the company said on Friday.

** French defence group Safran SAF.PA entered into exclusive negotiations with Exail Technologies EXA.PA over a possible acquisition of the sea drone maker at €128.5 ($146.71) per share, the companies said on Friday.
