** Co forecasts Q1 revenue between $1.44 billion and $1.54 billion, largely below analysts' estimate of $1.54 billion - data compiled by LSEG

** Expects Q1 adjusted EPS between 56 cents and 66 cents, the midpoint of which is below expectations of 62 cents

** Co reports Q4 revenue fall of 11.2% to $1.53 billion, slightly shy of estimates, while adjusted EPS of 64 cents beat expectations by 2 cents

** Shares fell ~14% in 2025
