Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
 
The Company provides notification of the following transactions, effected on 5 and 6 December 2019, relating to the PDMRs named below and in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").
 
The transactions arise in respect of the exercise of nil-cost options over Shares granted on 26 May 2017 under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan and the subsequent sale of the Shares.
