** Co signs an exclusive, global license agreement with San
Antonio-based University of Texas Health Science Center to
develop an oral Chlamydia vaccine candidate
** Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted infection
(STI) caused by a bacteria
** According to the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC), Chlamydia is the most frequently reported
bacterial STI in the U.S., with about 1.6 mln new cases reported
in 2020 alone
** Including session gains, stock down 98% since its
February IPO
