Veru rises on sale of prostrate disorder drug business

** Drug developer Veru's shares  VERU.O  up 4.9% at $1.1
before the bell, while Blue Water Vaccines Inc's shares  BWV.O 
up nearly 1% at $1.1
    ** VERU sells its prostrate enlargement medication to BWV
for $20 million
    ** In addition, Veru could get up to $80 mln more if certain
sales milestones are achieved for the drug
    ** Sale will support development of VERU's COVID-19 and
breast cancer treatments
    ** Up to last close, VERU down 80.5% YTD
