Oncorus Inc: Drops on discounted pricing of share offering

** Shares of biotech firm  ONCR.O  fall ~14.35% to $17.96
    ** Co's public offering of 3 mln shares priced at $19.00 per
share, representing a 9.39% discount to stock's close on
Thursday
    ** Gross proceeds from the offering expected to be $57.0

    ** ONCR also grants the underwriters a 30-day option to
purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares
    ** Offering is expected to close on Feb. 17
    ** Jefferies, Evercore ISI and Piper Sandler are joint
book-running managers for the offering
