** Shares of biotech firm  ONCR.O  rise 3.3% in Nasdaq debut
    ** Stock opens at $15.50, giving the company a market
valuation of over $338.6 mln
    ** ONCR on Thursday announced the pricing of its initial
public offering of 5.8 mln shares at a price of $15/shr, and
