** Shares of Australia's OncoSil Medical OSL.AX fall as much as 13.8% to an all-time low of A$0.69

** The medical device company receives firm commitments for A$8 million ($5.57 million) capital raise at an issue price of A$0.68 per share

** Issue price represents a 15% discount to co's last closing price

** Proceeds to be used to support execution of clinical, regulatory and commercial milestones and to strengthen co's balance sheet

** Around 112,000 shares change hands, nearly 4.7x 30-day average

** OSL stock  down 24.7%, YTD
