** Medical devices maker OncoSil Medical  OSL.AX  rises as
much as 20.8% to A$0.044, biggest intraday pct jump since Feb. 3

 Germany's Federal Joint Committee approved a fully-funded trial
of OncoSil device to assess its performance compared with
chemotherapy in treating locally advanced pancreatic cancer
    ** Adds that favourable results from trial will lead to
"OncoSil device being fully-funded for patients in Germany"
    ** OSL hits highest since Feb. 4; mark their second straight
gain session
    ** About 3.8 mln shares change hands, vs the 30-day volume
of about 530,000 shares
    ** OSL down 20% this year as of last close
