** Shares of Oncternal Therapeutics Inc  ONCT.O  rise 7.2%
to $1.04 in extended trading
    ** U.S. Food and Drug Administration cleared ONCT's
Investigational New Drug application for an early-to-mid-stage
study of its blood-cancer treatment
    ** ONCT says initial study will enroll patients with
advanced B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, including those that
have failed prior antibody therapy commonly used for lymphoma
and leukemia patients
    ** The company expects to initiate the study in the coming
months
    ** Including session's move, stock down ~57% YTD
