Oncternal Therapeutics gains as dosing begins in cancer therapy trial

** Shares of drug developer Oncternal Therapeutics  ONCT.O 
up 5.4% at $0.32 after the bell  
    ** Co says the first patient has been dosed in an early-to
mid-stage trial of its experimental therapy ONCT-808 for
treating a type of blood cancer 
    ** Says it expects to present initial clinical data from the
trial late this year, with additional data readouts in 2024
    ** ONCT shares down ~70% this year, as of last close
