** Shares of drug developer  ONCT.O  jump nearly 11% to
$6.16 premarket - among top three pct gainers across U.S.
exchanges 
    ** ONCT on Wednesday after market reported updated interim
data from its early-to-mid stage study testing its experimental
antibody cirmtuzumab in combination with an FDA-approved drug,
ibrutinib
    ** Combination therapy intended for the treatment of two
rare cancers - Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) or Chronic Lymphocytic
Leukemia (CLL)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX3ZzGPT
    ** Says the data, to be presented at the at the American
Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meeting, is consistent with
previous results 
    ** Objective response rate (ORR) of 83% was observed for MCL
patients treated with the combination therapy vs historical ORR
of 66% for ibrutinib alone
    ** Says median progression-free survival (PFS) had not been
reached for MCL patients in the trial with median follow-up of
18.9 months vs historical median PFS of 12.8 months for
ibrutinib 
    ** ONCT had risen 13.5% YTD, up to last close
