Appointment of Nominated and Financial Adviser

 

Ondine Biomedical Inc. (LON: OBI), a Canadian life sciences company pioneering
light-activated antimicrobial treatments, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Strand Hanson Limited as the Company's Nominated and Financial
Adviser, with immediate effect. The Company's existing broker, RBC Capital
Markets, will assume the role of sole Broker with immediate effect.
