Board Changes

Ondine Biomedical Inc. (LON: OBI), a global leader in light-activated
antimicrobial treatments, announces that Mike Farrar has resigned from his
position as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately,
following his appointment by the Health Minister for Northern Ireland, Mike
Nesbitt, as the Interim Permanent Secretary of the Northern Ireland Executive
Department of Health.
