Co-operative Insurance the First LeakBot Customer Signed via vipHomeLink
Partnership

 

Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading provider of claims prevention
technology for home insurers, is pleased to announce that it has signed its
first joint insurance customer via its strategic partnership with vipHomeLink
Holdings, Inc ("vipHomeLink")

The new insurance partner, The Co-operative Insurance Companies
("Co-operative") will launch the LeakBot water loss prevention program to
their insured homeowners across Vermont and New Hampshire, with implementation
currently underway. Through our close partnership with vipHomeLink, all
co-branded marketing materials are being developed, and systems integration is
progressing in preparation for an April launch.

This agreement represents the first commercial outcome from Ondo's partnership
with vipHomeLink, announced previously, and marks an important step in
executing the Company's U.S. go-to-market strategy. The partnership is
designed to enable Ondo to work with a wide range of regional and specialist
insurers that are already active in Ondo's target states, helping to rapidly
build market density and expand LeakBot adoption alongside established local
distribution partners.

Ondo believes this channel provides an efficient route to onboarding multiple
insurers in parallel, complementing its direct relationships with larger
national carriers, and expects this to be the first of several launches
delivered through the vipHomeLink partnership.
