    * Says it will buy Tokyo-based and Osaka-based properties
for
19.38 billion yen, effective Sept. 21 
    * Says it will take out loans of 8.3 billion yen in total,
to
acquire properties 
    * Says it will issue 48,200 units via public offering and
2,410
units via private placement, to raise up to 12.08 billion yen in
total 
    * Proceeds will be used to acquire properties and repay
