** Bloomberg News reports Hg Capital HGT.L nears deal to take co private

** A separate report late last year showed that co was exploring strategic options, including a possible sale, with Hg among other potential bidders

** OneStream, backed by KKR, raised $563.5 mln in 2024 IPO

** Shares have lost about 35% in 2025 given a difficult macroeconomic environment and cooling investor sentiment towards growth-oriented tech stocks

** Co now has a market cap of ~$4.48 bln, with cash and cash equivalents more than overall debt
