OneSpaWorld Holdings rises on strong Q3 results

** Shares of health and wellness services co OneSpaWorld
Holdings  OSW.O  rise as much as 8% to near 6-month high of
$9.73
    ** Company's Q3 revenue rose to $162.3 mln from $43.6
million a year earlier, as a rebound in cruise travel boosted
demand for its onboard centers 
    ** OSW posts Q3 net income of $5.9 mln, compared to a net
loss of $12.3 mln a year earlier 
    ** Excluding items, company earned 13 cents per share
    ** Stock has fallen ~7% this year
