Oct 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1400 GMT on Thursday:

** Canadian asset manager Onex  said it has teamed up with U.S.-based insurer AIG  to buy privately held specialty insurer Convex Group in a $7 billion deal.

** Denmark's Novo Nordisk  said it has made an unsolicited bid for U.S. drug maker Metsera , after Pfizer  in September made an offer for the company.

** Russia's Lukoil , under pressure from U.S. sanctions, said it had accepted an offer from Gunvor trading house to sell Lukoil International GmbH, which controls the oil major's foreign assets.

** Britain's Vodafone  said it will acquire German cloud and digital transformation firm Skaylink for 175 million euros ($204.09 million) from private equity firm Waterland, in a push to expand its service offerings.

** Britain's TT Electronics  said it agreed to the terms of a buyout proposal by Swiss firm Cicor Technologies , which will value the company at about 287 million pounds ($385.18 million).

** Virgin Media O2 is in talks to acquire Britain's fourth-largest broadband network operator Netomnia in a deal potentially worth 2 billion pounds ($2.68 billion), the Financial Times reported citing two people familiar with the matter.

** Mastercard  is in late-stage talks to acquire crypto startup Zerohash for between $1.5 billion and $2 billion, Fortune reported on Wednesday, citing five sources familiar with the matter.

** Canada's Boyd Group  said on Wednesday it has agreed to acquire autobody repair solutions provider Joe Hudson's Collision Center, or JHCC, from TSG Consumer Partners for $1.3 billion.
