Onward Opportunities Limited (AIM: ONWD), the investment company that invests in UK smaller companies, announces that Henry Freeman, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 6th May 2025 purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 115.85 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

  

Following the Purchase, Mr Freeman's beneficial holding is 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
