The Company announces that it was on 16 April 2026 informed by Henry Freeman,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he had purchased 4,250 shares in
the Company.

 

Following this share transaction, Mr Freeman directly holds 24,250 ordinary
shares in the Company, and in aggregate, Mr Freeman and his persons closely
associated hold 29,750 ordinary shares, representing 0.09% of the total number
of shares with voting rights in the Company.
