    ** Engineering research firm says June-qtr profit surged to
108.8 mln rupees ($1.3 mln) from 12.1 mln rupees yr ago
    ** Co's rev from ops rose ~28%
    ** Trading vol by 1:56 p.m. IST is 4.5x the 30-day avg
    ** OTEC shares last up ~9%, and have surged have nearly 104%
