Pacific Equity Partners bids for Australia's oOh!media, valuing firm at $536 million
April 29 (Reuters) - Australian media firm oOh!media OML.AX on Wednesday said that it received an unsolicited, binding offer from Pacific Equity Partners to buy all shares in the company, valuing it at A$746.9 million ($536.42 million). Under the offer, Pacific Equity Partners has proposed to buy all oOh!media shares at A$1.40 apiece.
