acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

    ** EU antitrust regulators are set to approve, with
conditions, U.S. chipmaker Broadcom's  AVGO.O  $61 billion
proposed acquisition of cloud computing firm VMware  VMW.N ,

    ** Spanish construction firm Sacyr  SCYR.MC  said it had
agreed to sell its waste management unit to Morgan Stanley
Infrastructure Partners, the first step in a divestment plan
