    Spain's Santander said on Friday it was out of the process

    The company reported first-half net profit of 49 million

    Spain's Opdenergy reached a valuation of 703 million euros
($716 million) in its initial public offering after marketing
the deal at the lowest end of its original range, the company
said in statement on Thursday.
    Trading is expected to begin on the Madrid stock exchange on

    Galp said on Thursday it had acquired a remaining 24.99%
stake in Titan Solar for 140 million euros ($142.59 million).
Titan 2020 is a company created in September 2020 as a joint

    Telefonica is negotiating the sale of a stake in its rural
fibre to Natixis and Credit Agricole  CAGR.PA , according to the
Spanish newspaper Expansion.

    Repsol is at an advanced stage of negotiations with the EIG
fund to incorporate it as a partner in its traditional upstream
business with the sale of a non-majority stake, Expansion
reported on Friday. According to Expansion the deal could be
worth more than 4.5 billion euros.

    The company reported first-half net profit of 16.8 million

    FCC's water company Aqualia acquired Saur's water business
