Wall Street's main indexes advanced on Friday after a softer-than-expected jobs
report revived hopes of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates this year,
while gains in Apple and Amgen on upbeat corporate updates added support.  .N 
    
    At 12:32 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 1.12% at
38,652.37. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 1.16% at 5,122.99 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 1.90% at 16,141.99.
