    DEBT
    The Treasury said on Thursay it will offer 7 billion euros
in 12-month BOT bill at auction on September 12.
    The Economy Ministry announces sale of BTP bonds, with
relative amounts to be auctioned on Sept. 13.
    
    COMPANIES
    BANCO BPM  BAMI.MI 
    Italian pension fund Enasarco held a 3.01% stake in the
lender as of September 1, stockmarket watchdog filing showed on
Thursday.
    
    STELLANTIS  STLAM.MI 
    The carmaker believes internal combustion engine (ICE)
vehicles could be on the road until 2050, making it necessary to
contain their carbon emissions until they're finally replaced by
fully electric ones.
    The group confirmed its return to the French market, the
all-new Lancia Ypsilon in the second half of 2024.
    
    ENI  ENI.MI 
    The company placed a one billion euros sustainability-linked
senior unsecured convertible bond with a 7-year maturity. The
notes will be convertible into existing ordinary shares bought
under the share buyback programme.

    Nigerian state oil firm NNPC Ltd said on Thursday a unit of
the Italian energy group did not obtain its consent prior to
announcing a deal to sell onshore oil assets to local firm Oando
PLC, a failure that could have breached terms of a joint
operating agreement, according to a letter seen by Reuters.

    The bank said on Thursday it had appointed Gian Luca Santi
as its chief financial officer.

    Ends partial voluntary takeover bid on its shares.
