** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since September 12; up 20% so far this week

** Software co signs 3-year reseller partnership agreement with Learnbase Gestão E Consultoria Educacional S/A and Learnbase Education LLC

** Under agreement, OLL to distribute learning management system across Brazilian higher education sector; to also provide local support, integration services to customers in Brazil

** Stock has risen 41.2% so far this year
