** Shares of OpenLearning Ltd  OLL.AX  rise as much as 28.6%
to A$0.045, their biggest intraday percentage gain since March
19, 2020 
    ** Educational technologies co says it is conducting a
strategic review of the business after being approached by

    ** Says it has appointed IBIS Capital, an advisory firm, to
weigh the company's options with respect to its business
operations, a possible transaction 
    ** Stock hits its highest level since May 9

    ** OLL has lost 64.3% YTD, as of last close
