Australia's Openlearning jumps most in over 5 months on securing investment

** Shares of Openlearning Ltd  OLL.AX  rise as much as 16.7%
to A$0.105, post their biggest intraday pct gain since June 18
    ** The education tech co secures investment from Alchemy
Tribridge Sapphire Pty Ltd and announces rights issue

    ** The tech-growth group to take a position in co of up to
19.9% and  invest A$2.9 mln ($2.08 mln) in a placement, priced
at A$0.093 a share
    ** Co to also undertake a non-renounceable rights issue to
raise about A$3.06 mln at the same price per share
    ** Stock at its highest since Nov 3
    ** Stock on track to record a 10.5% rise for the week, its
best since July 23
    ** About 668,092 shares change hands, more than double the
30-day avg volume of 285,055
    ** Stock down 64.7% this year, as of last close
