    ** OPRA raises FY revenue outlook in the range of $394
mln-$397 mln, up from previous forecast of $380 mln - $390 mln
    ** Q3 revenue of $102 mln beats Wall Street estimates 
    ** Results fueled by operational execution, growing user
base among high- ARPU users - CEO Lin Song 
    ** Stock up 90.5% YTD
