Result of Annual General Meeting

 

OPG Power Ventures Plc (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power
generation assets in India, announces that all of the resolutions proposed at
the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed by
shareholders. Resolutions 1 to 5 were passed as ordinary resolutions and
Resolution 6 was passed as a special resolution.

 

The total votes were cast as follows:
