September 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Wednesday:
     
** Car parts supplier OPmobility OPM.PA has entered into a final agreement to buy Hyundai Mobis' 012330.KS lighting business for 600 billion Korean won ($443 million), the French firm said. nL6N45M0EA

** Danish drugmaker H Lundbeck A/S has expressed interest in acquiring Chicago-based Xeris Biopharma XERS.O, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N45L1LR

** Investment bank Piper Sandler PIPR.N has been in talks to buy advisory firm Perella Weinberg Partners PWP.O, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N45L19C
