Dec 13 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    EIFFAGE  FOUG.PA 
    France's Eiffage announced Monday it has completed the
acquisition of Sun'r group, a mission-based company working to
accelerate agricultural and energy transitions.
    EU/GAS:
    European Union countries will try on Tuesday to agree an
EU-wide cap on gas prices, after months of talks that have so
far failed to break the deadlock between governments at odds
over whether the measure will ease Europe's energy crisis.
    EUROPEAN UNION POLITICS:
    European parliament says there will be 'no impunity' amid
corruption probe. Four people were arrested on Sunday over
allegedly receiving money and gifts from a Gulf state to
influence decisions in the European Parliament.
    Euronext  ENX.PA 
    Exchange operator Euronext said on Monday it will amend
certain quality specifications for its corn futures contract to
align them with market standards.
    GTT  GTT.PA 
    GTT received order from Yangzijiang for the tank design of
two new LNG carriers. Delivery is expected between the fourth
quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2026.
    NEOEN  NEOEN.PA 
    Neoen won 11 new solar and wind power projects in France.
Two solar projects and one wind project will begin next year.
The eight other projects will begin after receiving clearance.
    PLASTIC OMNIUM  PLOF.PA 
    The group announced it has finalised the total acquisition
Of HBPO, a joint venture between Plastic Omnium, Hella and Behr,
for an equity value of 290 million euros ($305.37 million).
    UCB SA  UCB.BR 
    Belgium-based UCB announced the board accepted the
resignation of Stefan Oschmann as Chairman. Vice Chair of Board
Fiona Du Monceau will take role of chair ad interim until a new
chair is announced.
    UKRAINE: 
    European Union foreign ministers agreed to put another 2
billion euros into a fund that has been used to pay for military
support for Ukraine, after it was largely depleted during almost
10 months of the war.
