Change of Broker

 

OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing
compounds to tackle obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and skincare,
announces that the Company gave three months' notice to its joint broker
Cenkos Securities plc on 28 December 2022. As of 28 March 2023, that notice
will be served and Cenkos will cease to be the Company's joint broker.

 

Peterhouse Capital will remain as the Company's sole broker.

 

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of this
