OptiBiotixHealthplc(AIM: OPTI), a lifesciences business developing compoundstotackle obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes announces that further to the announcement dated 5 December 2017, Richard Colin Neil Davidson CBE has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman to the Company. Simultaneous with Mr Davidson's appointment, Adam Reynolds, as previously disclosed, has stepped down as a director of the Company.
