premarket
    ** Posts Q2 net income of $3.4 million, compared to a net

    ** Q2 consolidated net sales up 5.9% at $15.7 million due to
increased net sales in both its enterprise and specialty
markets, including the wireless carrier market
    ** We expect to benefit from continued improvement in our
markets in line with the strengthening economic environment -
