** Co reports Q3 revenue rise of 22% to $19.9 mln, and net income of 4 cents per share, compared with a net loss of 20 cents per share a year ago

** Co benefits from increased volumes, positively impacting its operating leverage

** Up to last close, stock has fallen 74% YTD
