** Mobile and telecom products firm signs joint venture with London-based smartphone maker Nothing

** Nothing and Optiemus to invest more than $100 mln in India over the next three years to expand Nothing's smartphone manufacturing in the country

** Stock set to rise for a fourth straight week

** Stock has been above its 50-day, 100-day, 200-day simple moving avgs since early Sept, indicating bullish sentiment

** More than 1.2 mln shares traded, 3.4x their 30-day moving avg

** YTD, OPTI down ~4%
