** Optiemus Infracom OPTI.NS rises to exchange-allowed maximum of ~10%

** Mobile and telecom products provider partners with Chinese smartphone brand realme to make electronics such as earphones, smart watches and tablets

** Says co and realme will generate over 2,000 new jobs, target making 5 mln such devices annually

** Adds realme accelerating efforts to source a majority of critical components from India

** OPTI gains ~80% in last 12 months
