Optima Health plc (Company) announces that on 23 September 2026, awards were granted under the Optima Health plc Performance Share Plan (PSP) to certain directors and PDMRs.
The Awards take the form of nil-cost options which vest on the second anniversary of grant, subject to certain conditions including continued employment with the group and the achievement of performance targets. 50% of the shares that vest are then subject to a further one year holding period before they can be exercised.
In addition, further to the information on the 2024 Share Plan set out in the Company’s Admission Document and the recent notice of Annual General Meeting, the Company confirms that awards under the 2024 share plan have been granted to a number of senior management/PDMRs. Subject to achievement of the performance hurdle, nil cost options would be granted to the relevant participants according to the plan rules.
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as incorporated into the law of England and Wales, and set out more details of the transactions.
