October 2024, that Simon Arnold, (Non-Executive Director of the Company)
purchased 12,814 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 163.88 pence per share.

Following this, Simon Arnold holds an interest of 12,814 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued share capital.
