Directorate Change

 

LONDON, UK, 23 March 2026, Optima Health (AIM: OPT), the UK's leading provider
of technology enabled corporate health and wellbeing solutions, today
announces that Heidi Giles, Chief Financial Officer, will leave the Company on
31 July 2026. Subject to the successful completion of the recently announced
acquisition of PAM Healthcare, Optima will appoint Andrew Bones as Interim
Chief Financial Officer. Heidi remains a director of the Company during this
period, and will continue to fulfil her current role facilitating a smooth
transition. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.

 

Jonathan Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of Optima Health, said: "Heidi has
