** Shares of medical device maker Optiscan Imaging OIL.AX rise 9.1% to A$0.120, on track for best day since May 29, if gains hold

** Co signs a collaboration agreement with U.S.-based private firm Long Grove Pharmaceuticals

** Under deal, Long Grove's fluorescein drug will be used in clinical studies and trials with co's InVue surgical imaging device

** Says data from the collaboration studies to be used for  U.S. FDA regulatory approvals submissions for the device

** Stock down 22.6%, YTD
