    ** Co says in process of submitting application to U.S. Food
and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) for market clearance of its

    ** Co says it completed multiple internal and external
validation requirements for the 510(k) Application at its
premises and contract testing facilities in the United States
    ** InVivage is a device used for oral cancer screening
and/or surgery targeting patients with  severe health
consequences of late stage diagnosis of oral cancer
    ** OIL had risen over three-fold this year, as of last close
